Tekken 8 has a new video out to give a bit more context as to what has changed post the latest changes based on the update released a week ago. A lot of good and not much bad has been shown here. The first balance patch is early in the cycle, but it is a welcome start to the King of The Iron Fist Tournament legacy.
However, Rooflemonger went above and beyond to visualize the changelog in the game. Notes are good, but seeing the changes in action per character in a near-realistic situation just hits differently. Devil Jin, Dragunov, Jack-8, Jun Kazuma, Leo, Leroy, Nina, and Reina are highlighted because of the major changes that affect them. Certain combos will not be done because of the new changes. Rooflemonger leaves no stone unturned in his descriptions.
MixJustApplay has another guide highlighting said changes to characters with some of the more important aspects( and to Arika’s legendary composer Shinji Hosoe’s awesome Tekken 8 track, too, I might add). It’s not as robust as Rooflemonger, but it’s still a handy way to see the post changes.
