The hype behind the Nintendo Switch 2 is arguably at a fever pitch right now due to the chaos of the recent pre-orders for the new console. However, there is plenty of software news to enjoy while you attempt to get some hardware to play it on. For example, we know that games like Super Mario Party Jamboree are getting a “Switch 2 Edition” variant that gamers can either buy outright or pay an upgrade fee to get the extra perks/content for. In the case of the latest Mario Party title, it’s getting a special “Jamboree TV” extension that’ll utilize the Switch 2 camera and motion controls for new mini-games and settings.
To that end, the ESRB has rated the new game, and when you go to the store links that are attached, you see that Super Mario Party Jamboree Switch 2 Edition is slated to come out on July 24th!

This is a smart move by Nintendo, as that’ll add another 1st party multiplayer game (with extra content) to the Switch 2 lineup, which could help attract more gamers to the console.
