    Victrix Pro BFG Xbox Controller set to be released in 2024

    When I first picked up the PDP Victrix Pro BFG controller for the PlayStation 5, I said it was the best controller for the system — even better than the DualSense Edge. I even added it to our Holiday Gift Ideas for Fighting Game fans. I love it and couldn’t recommend the Victrix Pro BFG more. However, I’ve repeatedly stated that I wished the controller was available for the Xbox platforms. Well, my dreams (and yours) are about to come true as PDP has announced it is working on a version for the Xbox, aptly named the PDP Victrix Pro BFG Xbox Controller, which will be released in 2024.

    The specs of this new Victrix PDP Pro BFG are similar to those of the PS4 and PS5 version. With one exception that the Xbox variant will feature rumble features, while the PlayStation version does not. It will retain the ability to swap around the d-pad and analog stick on the left and change the position of the right analog stick and buttons on the right.

    The PDP Pro BFG is priced at $180, the same price as the PDP Victrix Pro BFG, but it isn’t available for pre-order yet. However, you can sign up for more information about the controller on the PDP’s website.
