After having it for little over 8 months and working on it on weekends for 30-40 minutes, I can say this game will make you sweat and push you to the point. It is open to customization, so you can choose whether you want to focus on legs, arms, core or all around. Plus the RPG adventure is a great motivator to keep you on it. I had moments when it sent me through pain and ran me ragged, but it really is worth it when it comes to your health.
