With Nina Williams present in Tekken 8, we all knew it was just a matter of time before her sister, Anna Williams, would make it into the game. And just like that, Anna was announced for the second season of Tekken 8, which will be released on March 31st, 2025, for those who purchase the Tekken 8 Season 2 Character and Stage Pass or April 3rd, 2025, for everyone else.
This new Anna looks mighty fine with her updated character model, especially with her stylish hair. She makes a very familiar stage entrance as she arrives by helicopter, and is still rocking a rocket launcher. In fact, like Nina, Anna seems to incorporate a few moves with the rocket launcher and even manages to pull into an attack helicopter to do some massive damage.
So far, her move set looks similar to Anna from prior games, but to be honest, I’m not the bigger Anna fan, I’m more of a Nina player, to give you the rundown. We’ll have to wait on Bandai Namco to provide what’s new with the Scarlet Assassin.
Anna will also include four preset costumes, including her original costume from Tekken 7. We still don’t know if she’ll include a new stage of her own.
