    Nvidia’s GTX 1080 Gets a $100 Price Drop

    While everyone is watching and waiting for the eventual Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti announcement, Jen-Hsun Huang, president of Nvidia, had other plans. He has just taken the stage and announced that the GTX 1080 will see a $100 price drop. That means that the GTX 1080 will now start at $499. That’s fantastic news.

    If this isn’t a sign that the GTX 1080 Ti is coming, I don’t know what is. I wonder if this means the GTX 1070 will also see a price drop as well.

    Oh, he also gave out the Nvidia TitanXP to five lucky winners in the crowd. Still no announcement of the GTX 1080 Ti, at least not yet. But it’s coming.
