Hang on to your butts, Xbox fans. The E3 2016 Microsoft conference has kicked off and MS is running wild. Yes, the Xbox One S has officially been announced and the price point of $299 is legit. Microsoft has also just announced that Xbox One S will be available starting as soon as August 2016! There will also be several versions of the system; a 2TB version for $399, 1TB version for $349 and a 500GB version fo $299
The new Xbox One S features a smaller footprint, 4k Ultra HD video support and HDR capacity. Sadly, the Xbox One S does not have a dedicated Kinect port, so you’ll need a USB adaptor. However, Microsoft says they’ll offer a program to provide the adaptor for existing Xbox One owners who are looking to trade up.
