Well, while it may have taken long enough, it seems that WB Games has gotten the message that the PC gamers are still unhappy with the state of Batman: Arkham Knight on the PC. And despite taking over four months to fix the game, the game is still in rough shape and is still not playable by many gamers. To this respect, WB Games has announced that today and up until the end of 2015, they will offer a refund on the title and the Season Pack, regardless on how long you’ve owned it.
Fans may remember that Batman: Arkham Knight shipped in a broken state on the PC, thanks in part to the negligence from WB Games, as well as the part that Iron Galaxy played with their responsibility for handing the PC port.
“We are very sorry that many our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues.
Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on Batman: Arkham Knight PC, regardless of how long you have played the product. You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately). For those of you that hold onto the game, we are going to continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix.”
Sadly this doesn’t address those who picked up the game along side the purchase of a video card nor does it address those who purchased physical copies of the game. But if you did purchase the physical copy, I would attempt to contact WB Games directly or try you hand at the Steam Community here.
