While The Witcher 3 has plenty of options to tweak the game to your liking, the majority of the settings merely allow you to switch them on or off, which doesn’t exactly give you total control over the game. However CD Projekt Red has heard the cries and is set to release a patch that not only will include 600 changes to the game but all also include the game to be customized via the ini files.
No word however if they will include a ini editing tool or just allow the ini files to be modified.
CD Projeckt Red also sides down with Eurogamer to address the claim that The Witcher 3 has seen several downgrades, compared to a trailer that was seen over two years ago. It’s a worth while read and addresses several questions, including if the PC version of the game was hampered due to the console versions of the game.
