The Free to play FPS, Ghost in the Shell Online, has finally been announced for the North American market by Nexon. Confirmed today, the class-based FPS that is based in the smash hit anime, Ghost in the Shell, will be released in North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Latin America later this year. And while I don’t really have high hopes for the game I’m not going to lie, I’m a huge fan of both the anime show (all of them) and FPS’s, so I’m definitely going to be trying this out when it is eventually released.
Ghost in the Shell Online was announced during the 2014 G-star event that took place in Korea. There is also news is that beta signups will start June, however there is no current eta on the actual release of the title.
Seriously, who isn’t going to wait to shoot it up as the Major or along side her? Or just running and gunning as a bad ass with cybernetics and hacking the hell out of everything and everyone around you. At least the concept seems cool.
