Sydney, Australia April 30 2025 – Crunchyroll®, the brand fueling anime-fandom worldwide, is kicking off its third annual Ani-May® celebration with a new weekly game release initiative for the Crunchyroll Game Vault—a library of premium games available to Mega and Ultimate Fan members globally. Starting with Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth launching Wednesday, April 30, Crunchyroll will release fresh Crunchyroll Game Vault titles each week through the month-long festivities.
In JRPG Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, players dive into an epic tale inspired by Norse mythology as they take on the role of Lenneth, a valkyrie tasked with gathering the souls of fallen warriors to prepare for Ragnarok, the final battle of the gods.
Originally released in 1999, Valkyrie Profile joins Crunchyroll Game Vault’s collection of classics, such as Y’s I & II Chronicles+ (updated versions of the 1989 role-playing game (“RPG”)), and 2004 cult horror game Aooni, making its addition a welcome opportunity for both nostalgic fans and newcomers to experience this groundbreaking series.
