The release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on the PC isn’t that far away and today, Square Enix revealed the PC Specs requirements needed to play the game. All in all, the CPU, GPU, and Memory requirements aren’t that bad, and once you hit the high settings, even then that’s not as taking as I assumed it would be.
Take a look at the PC requirements for yourself.

In addition, Square Enix has finally provided what sort of enhancements the PC version of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will include. Such as improved lighting and visuals, Dualsense controller support, keyboard and mouse support, Nvidia DLSS (No mention of AMD FSR but you have to assume that’s in there as well), numerous graphic options including 3 presets (low, medium, and high) 4K, and up to 120 frames per second support.
Here’s a new trailer to show off just how pretty the PC version of the game is going to look.
If you’ve been holding out and skipped the PlayStation 5 version just because you knew the PC version would look and hopefully perform much better, your patience is about to be rewarded. Again, assuming the performance is where it needs to be.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth PC will be available on Steam, and Epic Games Store on January 23, 2025.
