Tickets are on sale now for The Secret World of Arrietty and When Marnie Was There – the novel-inspired films of Studio Ghibli from Academy Award®-nominated director Hiromasa Yonebayashi. Both films return to theaters in June for two nationwide screenings of each title.
Coming off the blockbuster theatrical release, and triumphant Oscar® win for Hayao Miyazaki’s latest feature, The Boy and the Heron, GKIDS and Fathom are thrilled to continue Studio Ghibli Fest with the 2024 edition featuring the comfort stories of Ghibli’s acclaimed Hiromasa Yonebayashi. The films will be shown in both original Japanese and English dubbed versions. In addition to the full feature, screenings will include a special look behind the scenes at the Studio Ghibli Park in Nagoya, Japan.
