One of the things I’ve wished for in Moon Studios No Rest For The Wicked was the ability to respec my character so that I can try out some of the gear I’ve picked up along the way. As the game stands, that’s not possible, and to try out new gear you don’t have the stats for, I’d have to start a new character. This is both time-consuming and a bit frustrating. However, that looks like this may be a thing of the past very shortly, thanks to a recent tease from Gennadiy Korol from Moon Studios regarding the ability to respec our characters.
In this recent Twitter post, Gennadiy Korol teases that there’s something strange about the level up screen that’s attached to the post. Here, we can see that there’s a minus or negative value next to stamina, dexterity, and intelligence. This doesn’t look like this in the current game, which means this is how the respec option will work in No Rest For The Wicked.
Although how this respec option will work hasn’t been mentioned, according to Gennadiy Korol, it will be at a significant cost. This respec ability may or may not be included in the second patch for the game, which will be released this week. I’m hoping that it does drop this week so I can get back to the game and start playing around with more specs.
Something is quite strange about this Level Up Screen in @wickedgame. This weird thing might or might not be coming in our biggest Patch 2 so far this week!
P.S. Don't expect it to be free, there will be a significant cost! pic.twitter.com/0ZmTs2CybC

For those who might be a bit confused, this is what the level-up screen looks like as of May 5, 2024.
No Rest For The Wicked is an action RPG that feels more like Diablo and Soulslike had a baby. It has lots of loot, action, amazing visuals, and enjoyable gameplay, which includes some incredible boss fights. And that’s just in the short snippet of the game since it is still in development. I’ve been impressed with the game, and with the constant updates from Moon Studios, the game is slowly coming into its own.
