Many fans are eager to see The Boys Season 4 simply because it’s one of the most intense, insane, and yet poignant shows out there right now. Oh, and it’s one of the few reasons to have Amazon Prime Video. Just saying! Season 3 put several twists and turns on things, and Season 4 is shaping up to be the biggest conflict yet between The Boys and the “heroes” under Vought. Today is Homelander’s birthday within the universe, and they celebrated that by not announcing Season 4 will debut on June 13th!
As per previous seasons, the “premiere” will feature a batch of three episodes. Then, it’ll be weekly drops until the season finale on July 18th. Check out the synopsis for The Boys Season 4 below, alongside a tweet from Vought about Homelander’s birthday:
“In Season Four, the world is on the brink. Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating his power. Butcher, with only months to live, has lost Becca’s son and his job as The Boys’ leader. The rest of the team are fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they have to find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late.”
A card? A present? A cake with a tall frosty glass of milk? NOTHING can begin to express our gratitude for Homelander on his birthday. Double tap to tell him he’s the most important American celebrating a birthday today (sorry, George Washington!!) pic.twitter.com/gCIdkGh0mX
