Milan Records today releases “Kizuna No Kiseki,” the opening theme to the much-awaited third season of anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba –Swordsmith Village Arc-. Available everywhere now, the song is a collaboration between Japanese rock band MAN WITH A MISSION and J-pop singer milet for the third season of the anime series, which follows the -Swordsmith Village Arc- from the original manga by Koyoharu Gotouge. “Kizuna No Kiseki” was featured during last night’s world premiere of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba –Swordsmith Village Arc-, which aired as a special one-hour episode and is available to watch on Crunchyroll. Today’s track is the first taste of new music from the series, and will be followed by the April 17 release of the show’s ending theme “Koi Kogare,” which is yet another collaboration between milet and MAN WITH A MISSION.
Of the song, MAN WITH A MISSION guitarist, vocalist and rapper Jean-Ken Johnny says, “We are honored to be part of the opening track for this extraordinary work Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -Swordsmith Village Arc-, with the diva of the times, milet. We hope you will enjoy our song with the miraculous story of how the characters’ lives cross, spin, and create bonds together.”
Featured collaborator and singer milet adds, “I am so delighted and excited to sing for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -Swordsmith Village Arc-. I hope to support this work that is loved around the world with ‘Kizuna no Kiseki’ with the invincible artist, MAN WITH A MISSION. A story of deep, yet fragile bond and love… With all my heart, I would like to cherish and sing the song.”
MAN WITH A MISSION will bring their new song to audiences across the globe when the band sets out on a world tour through North America, the UK and Europe. The WOLVES ON PARADE tour kicks off May 14 in San Francisco and will stop in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Boston and more before heading to the UK and Europe for a string of June dates.
