Bayonetta 3 Gets Detailed Gameplay Trailer

By Todd BlackSeptember 13, 2022
Bayonetta 3, Bayonetta 3 Review, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, Hideki Kamiya

Bayonetta 3 had a big presence in the Nintendo Direct that came out not too long ago. But Nintendo also knew that you couldn’t just handle a little taste of the Umbra Witch, so they decided to release something even grander just after the Direct itself. In this case, a detailed gameplay trailer to show off the familiar as well as the new in the title.

For example, the combo-heavy combat that you’re used to in the title will be back. But with some new key additions. Including Bayonetta being able to summon demons and control them from afar. Or being able to do a “Demon Masquerade” to become the demons and use special abilities from them. She can even do special combos with these demons if you time it right.

A new detail though is that in Bayonetta 3 you’ll also play as the “witch in training” via Viola. She has a special sword she uses for combat and has a demon of her own via Cheshire that she can summon. She and Bayonetta play very differently, so you’ll want to be ready for that when the game comes out on October 28th!

Are you excited yet? You should be!
