Today, EA has added Mass Effect Legendary, which includes upgraded versions of Mass Effect 1,2, and 3, onto EA Play. Now, anyone who has either an EA Play or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account can become Commander Shepard and take part in several epic space operas.
What can you expect with Mass Effect Legendary Edition?
What’s in the Mass Effect Legendary Edition? Well, there’s quite a bit, to be honest. More than enough to keep anyone busy for a while. Included are over 40 pieces of DLC from Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3, including promo weapons, armors, and packs. The cinematic collection lets players customize their own character, from appearance and skill to a personalized arsenal in order to lead their elite recon squad across a galaxy in turmoil.
In addition, now everyone can play all of the games, up to 4K UHD resolution, along with some quality of life updates, and gameplay adjustments. It’s a great way for someone who’s never played the series to check it out. Or even better, a chance to play through all of the games, looking and playing better than ever.
So if you have EA Play or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, get ready to save the universe again. Why not check out our review of Mass Effect Legendary, while you’re here? We thought it was a great game, despite a few issues here and there. It’s definitely worth going through the entire series, thanks to this collection.
Mass Effect Legendary is currently available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
