Ninja Theory, the developer behind the fantastic title, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, has announced that the Xbox Series X upgrades are now available for the PC versions. A few months back, the Xbox Series X|S version of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has received a number of upgrades that were exclusive to the console. Now those upgrades and more are now available for the PC version of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice.
The PC versions, on both Steam and Windows, have received a host of upgrades, including Nvidia DLSS and AMD FSR support. Here’s the full list of upgrades and enhancements below:
- Full controller remapping
- Subtitle customization
- Mono sound option
- Color blindness settings
- Nvidia DLSS / AMD FSR Support
- Ray Tracing presets (Low, Medium, High)
- Ray Traced reflections and shadows (High preset only)
These upgrades are only available for the PC version and have not been expanded to the VR version of Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice.
I’m happy to see that both DLSS and FSR have been added, as the game is a beauty to look at, but the performance tax to see those visuals can put a strain on even the most powerful PCs. With these technologies in place, players will be able to maintain those visuals without the performance hit.
Now is a good as any time to revisit the game if you have already finished it, or if you were waiting for these upgrades — it’s time to dive in.
Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
