The official Twitter account for the upcoming zombie-killing title, Back 4 Blood, is teasing an open beta. A brand new trailer has been released, and it shows off some new gameplay that we haven’t seen before. It’s nice to see some new content, despite Back 4 Blood being delayed from its original June 22, 2021, release date.
The open beta will begin on August 5th, 2021, and will be available for all platforms. In addition to this, the open beta will also include cross-gen and cross-play support for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, and PC. The game will also include DLSS support for RTX 2000 and 3000 series GPUs.
Back 4 BLood has been called the spiritual successor to Turtle Rock Studios’ previous title, Left 4 Dead, and for a good reason. There are several similarities between the two games, while Back 4 Blood also has some new tricks up its sleeve. I can’t wait to give the open beta a try.
