Square Enix announced that their popular Bravely Default series is now coming to iOS and Android devices. The game is officially titled Bravely Default: Brilliant Lights and will be free-to-play with microtransactions as is the case with the majority of mobile RPG titles.
Keiichi Ajiro is confirmed to be working on the original story for the games. He was previously responsible for all of the other Bravely Default titles. The game’s story is said to be a crossover from Bravely Default: Flying Fairy, Bravely Second: End Layer, and Bravely Default II. The battle system the previous three games have been known for will be present in this title; however, it will be optimized for smartphone devices.
