Ubisoft announced at their Ubisoft Forward even for E3 the next iteration of the Rocksmith franchise. Rocksmith+ will be a subscription service for budding guitarists who want a tool to help them hone their skills.
The upcoming service will be less of a title like its Guitar Hero or Rock Band counterparts and be more of a learning tool for guitar players of every skill level. The service will seemingly have a wide variety of songs to choose from across many genres. Players will have access to resources from the community and instructors so they can learn guitar at their own pace and intensity
The closed beta for Rocksmith+ is now available for sign-up. No official release date is currently set for the service and we don’t know how much the subscription will be priced.
