Death Battle is an internet show that many nerds and geeks love for the most basic of reasons. For this is a show that brings together beloved fighters from all media and makes them fight to the death to see who would actually win in a fight! They’ve had all sorts of legendary matchups over the years including Goku vs Superman, Voltron vs Megazord, Naruto vs Ichigo, Hulk vs Broly, and more. But now, they’re preparing for their 10th anniversary season with a matchup that was said to be ‘banned” but is no longer restricted! We’re getting Yoda vs King Mickey!

Believe it! The battle of masters and blades will arrive on Rooster Teeth First on March 7th and on Youtube on March 8th.
Furthermore, as you can see, this battle looks incredible because they’re using the Source Engine to make this a beautifully rendered fight. This matchup has long been requested due to these “masters” abilities and beyond. The Force is strong in Yoda, but King Mickey of Kingdom Hearts has abilities that boggle the mind in many ways.
And here’s another thing to note, this is just the FIRST matchup in Death Battle Season 8 and they’re promising many matchups on this level throughout the 16-episode season. So be ready for it when it arrives in March.
