WWE Network Moving to NBC Universal’s Peacock Network

By Josh PiedraJanuary 25, 2021

WWE and NBC Universal announced that they have reached an agreement that grants exclusive streaming rights of the WWE Network to Peacock. Currently, WWE’s 1.1 million subscribers will be grandfathered into the new system. Those who are grandfathered in will continue to get full access to WWE Network but will be paying 50% LESS per month as the subscription will run you $4.99. They will also be given full access to the Peacock Premium tier that includes ads.

There will be a tier at a higher price point that will disable the ads at $9.99 per month.

It should be noted that this only affects the United States. International markets will remain unchanged and you will still be able to access WWE Network as you normally would.

The WWE Network on Peacock is slated to roll out on March 18, 2021. This includes over 17,000 hours of WWE programming both in on-demand and on a new 24-hour channel. WWE Fastlane will be the first Pay-Per-View event to stream on the Peacock service. This year’s WrestleMania will also take place on Peacock.

There is no word on how long the deal is for; however, it is being reported as a “multi-year” deal.
