If you’re like me and own Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate on PlayStation 5, you probably ended up buying the movie skins pack for Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade, and Raiden; however, you might not be able to locate the skins anywhere after purchasing and downloading.
There is, apparently, a bug where the PlayStation 5 is downloading the pack but also downloading the PlayStation 4 unlock code instead of the one for PS5. There is a fix; however.
Simply go into your storage settings and head to Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate. Find everything installed for that title and scroll down until you find the movie skins pack. Delete it and then boot up Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate. It will state that new content is available and it will then download the correct unlock code and your movie skins will be available.
After that, it’s standard fare. Go to Kustomize and choose the skin for that character’s variant and you’re good to go!
Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Google Stadia.
