Over on internet forum ResetERA, a Capcom representative known as WBacon, has confirmed the resolutions and frame rates for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S version of Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition. Source
Ray Tracing ON Options
- 4K resolution at 30 frames per second
- 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second
Ray Tracing OFF Options

- 4K resolution at 60 frames per second
- Up to 120 frames per second
According to WBacon, there’s more news to come, including the current-generation plans for Devil May Cry 5, Vergil DLC plans, as well as upcoming previews and reviews.
While it was already stated the game won’t make it to the PC, here’s to hoping that along with the new Nvidia RTX GPUs and AMD’s upcoming Big Navi GPUs, that Capcom rethinks that decision.
Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition will launch alongside the Xbox Series X|S on November 10th, and PlayStation 5 on November 12th, 2020.
