One Peace Books announced today that they have acquired the license to the Farming Life in Another World manga by Kinosuke Naito with art by Yasuyuki Tsurugi. The manga is an adaptation of the light novel series of the same name by Kinosuke Naito.
One Peace Books describes the manga as follows:
After Hiraku dies of a serious illness, God brings him back to life, gives his health and youth back, and sends him to a fantasy world of his choice. In order to enjoy his second shot, God bestows upon him the almighty farming tool! Watch as Hiraku digs, chops, and ploughs in another world in this laidback farming fantasy!
The manga looks to deliver a new twist on the isekai genre by having the protagonist build and maintain a farming community in a fantasy setting. Elves, monsters, and fantastic beasts will show up every now and then to help him his farming journey.
The manga is set to release on October 28 in both physical and digital formats. It should be available from Diamond Comic Distributors and wherever books are sold. The manga is priced at $11.95 USD.
