PS4 and Xbox versions are canceled
Temtem, the creature capturing MMORPG that was influenced by the Pokemon series, is now headed to the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch.
While Temtem was previously released on the PC, it was also slated to make an appearance on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Now it would seem that the title is going to skip both the PS4 and Xbox One, heading directly to the next-generation of consoles instead.
In Temtem, players will explore the islands of Airborne Archipelago, all while looking for new creatures to capture and use to battle, while partaking in some social aspects with other gamers.
Temtem has been a hit ever since it landed on the PC and continues to be a favorite of those who enjoy Pokemon but aren’t able to play it since it’s not available on PC. I have zero doubt that the console players will enjoy the game as well.
I even gave the beta a try, and despite never having played a Pokemon game (I know, I know), I enjoyed what I played. If I only had time for an MMO in my life, I’d probably still be playing it.
There’s currently no release date on when Temtem will be available on either the PS5, Xbox One, or Switch.
