Nintendo had a very strong 2019 due a large 1st and 3rd party lineup for the Nintendo Switch. But, with 2020 now here, fans are a bit antsy as to what is truly coming to the system. We only know a handful of games, and the last Nintendo Direct to announce new ones was in September. So when is the next one coming?
Well, according to some eagle-eyed fans, we may be getting one this month. Fans have realized that before major Nintendo Directs and E3 presentations, GameStop updates their listings with “SKUs”, or untitled Switch games. And one has apparently been updated now.
Granted, this could be something else entirely, but there is precedent here, and Nintendo has had Directs in early months in the past. The only question now is, IF this is true, what games will be revealed?
