From the lips of Rockstar to our ears is the recent updated regarding the PC version of Gran Theft Auto 5 (It’s finally coming!) and that it will be an enhanced version of sorts. Per Rockstar the PC version will “take full advantage of the power of the PC”. As a PC gamer you just have to love when someone promises to utilize the full power of an operational Death-star.. er, PC.
During E3 2014, Rockstar had announced that the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC versions were in the works and that they will support new features such as increased frame rate, increased resolution, new weather and damage effects as well as other visual enhancements. The PC version will also include a video editor.
The next-gen versions of the game will also support cross-platform multiplayer, so you’ll still be able to game with your friends even if your platforms of choice differ.
So what “enhanced” features will the PC version get in addition to the other announced features? You got me, I’d love to know as well.
Grand Theft Auto 5 is slated for a Fall 2014 release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (Windows).
