Going into today’s Nintendo Direct, there was a rumor that there was going to be a Xenoblade-related announcement. Well, it didn’t pan out to be the Xenogears remake for the Switch. Instead, Nintendo dropped the bomb that Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition is being worked on for the Switch.
A remake of the Wii MONOLITHSOFT’s title, Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition will provide yet another amazing RPG experience. Especially if you didn’t play the game the first time around or if you’re like me and never finished it.
The images and trailer provided have shown the updated visuals that the game will feature. Someone also spotted an area in the trailer that was cut from the original game. Meaning the Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition will have extra content as well. According to Nintendo, we’ll see this game sometime in 2020.
Ok, Nintendo, I’m sold.
