Ubisoft Is Giving You The Chance To Experience Notre Dame In Assassin’s Creed Unity PC For Free

Notre Dame Assassins Creed Unity

Due to the tragic events that unfolded on Monday at Notre-Dame de Paris, Ubisoft is stepping in to help.  Not only will the company donate €500,000 to help with the restoration and reconstruction events but they’re also giving away a free copy of Assassin’s Creed Unity for PC.

All you have to do is head on over to http://assassinscreed.com/unity-notredame/ or get it directly on the Ubisoft Store here: https://store.ubi.com.

But why is Ubisoft doing this? Well, not only is this a great gesture, but Assassin’s Creed Unity also features a near exact replica of Notre-Dame. It took Ubisoft over two years to recreate Notre-Dame, right down the simplest detail. Giving you, the gamer, a chance to experience the historic landmark as it was prior to this week’s disastrous event.

It should also be noted that thanks to Ubisoft’s efforts to make the in-game version the best it could be, it may be possible to use the in-game building to help recreate the actual building. Who would have imagined that the digital recreation would ever be used in such a way?

This offer is only good for this week only, so be sure to download your copy and experience a piece of history while you can.
