Johnny Cage’s arrival won’t be the only thing stressing out Kombatants in the game. Netherrealm Studios announced that Mortal Kombat 11 will receive an online stress test ahead of its planned March pre-order beta. The stress test is set to begin on March 15 and last until March 17.
The stress test will only be open to the United States and will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Sorry, PC gamers, but the master race have to sit this on one out. Another downside for all gamers is that the stress test is not open to everyone. It is a closed stress test so you will need to register in hopes that you get picked in order to take part in the testing.
If you don’t get picked, don’t worry because the pre-order beta will be right around the corner. Netherrealm plans to launch the beta on March 28 and have it run through March 31. The beta test will also be on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Speaking of stress and Johnny Cage, he was the newest addition to the Mortal Kombat 11 Kast and it’s nice to see that they took a comedic approach to keep the spirit of his character intact. Like all other character announcements, Johnny Cage received his own trailer showing off his fighting style, combos, special moves, fatal blow, and one of his Fatalities… a very creative take on his hidden Mortal Kombat II fatality!
