God Eater 3, the latest title in the Bandai Namco’s Monster Hunter clone series just received a release date. Scheduled for a Feb. 8th, 2019, release date for both the PlayStation 4 and PC. Sorry, but there’s no Xbox One version planned.
This title takes place after God Eater 2 Rage Burst, an updated version of the original game. Which adds first time in the series, the ability to dual wield weapons of mass destruction in each hand. In addition to this, there’s also a huge assortment of nasty beasts to slay – trust me, I played the demo. As well as a revamped character customization system. If you thought the previous one was amazing, just wait to see you see this one. Speaking of which, you can still download that demo, if you want to check it out ahead of the release date.
I really enjoyed the demo, even though I was a bit lost as I couldn’t read any of it. So I’m really looking forward to the release of God Eater 3 when it hits next year. As for what version I’ll be picking up. Well, you know the answer to that already – The PC version, of course.
Meanwhile, ever since Code Vein got delayed, we haven’t heard anything about the game. How is that God Eater 3, a game that announced after Code Vein was shown off, is getting released ahead of the game? I mean, I still remember talking to Bandai Namco at New York Comic Con 2017 when they told us that God Eater 3 was being announced later that day.
