Kingdom Hearts 1.5? PlayStation. Kingdom Hearts 2.5? PlayStation. Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue? PlayStation. So with Kingdom Hearts 3 releasing for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PCs, you’d expect a full compilation to make its way to the consoles that it will be on, right?
Queue Adam ‘Edge’ Copeland:
That’s right. Kingdom Hears -The Story So Far-, the collection that spans nine chapters of the series is coming exclusively to PlayStation 4 on October 30.
Don’t get me wrong, while I do understand why the Kingdom Hearts collection is on PlayStation 4 – some of the reasons may or may not include the Nintendo Switch ain’t powerful enough or the Xbox One is a non-factor in the Land of the Rising Sun – I’m still bothered a bit that Square Enix still hasn’t bothered to at least put the remix titles on PC at the very least.
Personal feelings notwithstanding, here are the games that will be included in the compilation:
KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX
- KINGDOM HEARTS FINAL MIX
- KINGDOM HEARTS Re:Chain of Memories
- KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days (HD Remastered cinematics)
- KINGDOM HEARTS II FINAL MIX
- KINGDOM HEARTS Birth by Sleep Final MIX
- KINGDOM HEARTS Re:coded (HD Remastered cinematics)
KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.8 FINAL CHAPTER PROLOGUE
- KINGDOM HEARTS Dream Drop Distance HD
- KINGDOM HEARTS 0.2 Birth by Sleep –A fragmentary passage–
- KINGDOM HEARTS χ Back Cover (movie)
