While Monster Hunter Generations has been available in Japan for quite some time, however, it’s only been on the 3DS.
That all changes when Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate arrives later this year on the switch, this August 28th. Those looking forward to getting their hands on the game, Capcom has a nice surprise for you. A demo of the game will be released tomorrow on the eShop.

As a reminder, you’ll be able to check out all six of the hunting styles As well as all the weapons that were available in Generations on the 3DS. Now, I haven’t played Generations as I’m not big on mobile gaming, however, I am interested in the Switch version. Especially since there’s a crap ton of monsters in the game. A bunch from the older Monster Hunter games, and several new ones as well. I’ll be playing right alongside many of you when this demo drops tomorrow.
And if you’re new to the game (like I am), check out Arekkz’s video on how the hunting styles work.
Then get ready for the full release of Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate when it releases on August 28, 2018.
