Ubisoft revealed a new DLC pack for their online action game For Honor called For Honor: Marching Fire, touting that it’s their biggest and most ambitious update yet for the game. It features four brand-new fighters: Tiandi, Jiang Jun, Nuxia, and Shaolin as a part of the new Wu Lin faction in China. This brings the total number of heroes on the roster up to 22.
In addition, there will be a brand-new 4×4 multiplayer mode called Breach which allows the players to take part in a castle siege. The update also features enhanced graphics as well as unlimited PVE content which Ubisoft will detail at some point in the future.
The characters will be part of a paid model but players will have the option to purchase them using For Honor’s in-game currency, Steel, once the exclusivity period has ended. The Breach mode will be free to all players at launch and will come with three maps.
For Honor: Marching Fire will be available on October 16. The game originally launched in February 2017 for PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One. Ubisoft is also inviting new players to join the 7.5 million playerbase by offering the starter edition of the game for free to anyone who wishes to download it through Uplay between now and June 18. In addition, the digital version of the game will be on sale for 75% off. The sale ends on June 17 for Xbox One, June 18 for PC, and June 19 for Playstation 4.
