We here at the Outerhaven want you to know us not only for our passions surrounding gaming, tech, television, movies, anime, manga, etc. Every week we’re going to deliver to you a list of videos we have been checking out while cyberloafing the internet. It gives you a chance to see another side to us, one that isn’t focused on covering the latest news or reviews. While this list will be largely safe for work, we must warn against things that may incite any phobias that you may have. Enjoy!
Josh’s Pick:
Video Game remixes are highly abundant and with sites like Overclocked Remix churning out individual remixes and entire albums, there is sure to be no shortage of them any time soon. Anime music remixes, however? Very rare. Anime music remixes from the Rockman.EXE (Mega Man Battle Network) anime? So rare that even their existence still classifies them as unheard of. Yet, one YouTuber took on the task and produced several that spanned across the entire series! I included my favorite, the Beast Out theme from Rockman.EXE Beast. You can click on his channel and find the others from Axxess, Stream, and more! All of them are HIGHLY worth a listen!
Liz’s Pick:
As soon as I saw this I knew I had to share it. I have been saving this all week for the roundup. This video might not be for everyone but I think its hilarious.
Sara’s Pick:
Harry Potter-Disney parody. There are no explanations needed. Just enjoy it, muggles.
Will’s Pick:
It’s no secret that I love both Tharja and Camilla from the Fire Emblem Series. Aside from their physical charms, these two exude a unique personality that you can’t help to be intrigued, or afraid. They both love their objects of affection, AKA the avatar, AKA you. To a crazy yandere obsessed level. Now with Fire Emblem Warriors, we put them together. To hear a conversation between the two is just fan service. To hear them two compare bird and dragon watching techniques together. Amazing performance by Misty Lee and Stephanie Sheh.
