You’d be crazy to pass on this deal
As part of their holiday sale, Ubisoft has discounted both versions of The Division today on the uPlay Store. The baseline game (without DLC) is on sale for $15 dollars. While the upgraded version, The Division Gold Edition, is on sale for $27. Now if you’re wondering what version to pick up, I’d highly recommend the gold version. Sorry PS4 and Xbox One owners, this is a PC only sale.
What’s more, if you have uPoints, you can redeem them to get %20 of the already discounted game.
Not only does it include the full game, but also all three of the DLC as well. This normally runs you about $69-89 dollars. So grabbing this for just $27 is a steal.
- Gold Edition – Includes the game, Season Pass, and exclusive National Guard gear set.
- Gain Access to All Three Major Expansions – Underground, Survival, and Last Stand, adding new content, gear, and gameplay as you fight to take back New York.
- Receive Exclusive Gear and Monthly Perks – Make your Agent stand out from the rest with a unique sawed-off shotgun, exclusive customization options and Monthly events and content.
If you already have the game and just want the DLC, well the season pass is also on sale. That will cost you just $16 dollars, another great deal.
Not to mention that Ubisoft has gone back and corrected a huge portion of the game. If you checked out The Division when it first released, they’ve basically corrected everything that was wrong with the game. So if the original reviews and reception pushed you away, you may want to check it out now. Or play the 6-hour trial, that stops at the end of 6 hours or when you hit level 8. I recently played it and could wait to pick up the full game. And I wasn’t a huge fan of the original game. That’s how much Ubisoft has improved it.
But if you’re thinking about picking up the game, you better hurry. This sale is for today only and once it’s gone it may not return. The only downside is that the game will be tied to your Ubisoft account. So you can’t purchase multiple copies of the game. You know, for gifts for your friends so they can game alongside you.
