A few minutes ago, Harada stepped onto the stage of the 2017 Game Awards Show. We assumed he was here to talk about more Tekken 6 stuff. With Geese Howard already out and Noctis coming in 2018, what else would there be? Well, turns out we were wrong.
No, instead we got the announcement that Soul Calibur 6 is a thing. It’s officially confirmed and it’s coming in 2018! The original fighting game from Bandai Namco will be gracing the PS4, Xbox One and PC (Steam). I know this is likely going to upset the Nintendo Switch fans, as it’s not coming to the system. Being honest, I’d love to see Link make a return to Soul Calibur.
And it looks like they’re teasing a new character at the end of the official Soul Calibur 6 teaser.
I can’t believe this is actually happening. We’ve been waiting for this to happen for so long and now it’s finally happening. Can’t wait for more news on the title to be announced. More than likely during PSX 2017 Dec. 8th and 9th.
SOUL CALIBUR is BACK!
