Two awesome pieces of information blessed the Bethesda E3 Conference tonight concerning Quake Champions. The first one involves the Quake World Championships at QuakeCon on August 26th.
The prize pool has been revealed to be $1 million, and Bethesda has revealed when the qualifiers will take place by region and by game mode:

In addition, in a trailer shown at the conference, Wolfenstein’s BJ Blaskowicz will be joining the Quake Champions roster, as well as the announcement that the Quake Closed Beta will be running 24/7.

The E3 2017 update also adds 3 new maps, the brand-new Tri-bolt weapon, and a host of new and improved features to explore.
