It’s always interesting when a mobile game gets a “second life,” and that’s exactly what happened with Animal Crossing Pocket Camp Complete. You might recall that the game officially “shut down” last month after years of being active. However, Nintendo surprised many with its shutdown announcement that it would release again as a “complete” version so that players, new and old, could play the game anew without the need for an internet connection. Plus, you only need to pay a one-time fee instead of microtransactions to get in on the action.
As noted by the official Twitter handle for the game, the complete version is available now to download via the Google Store or the Apple App Store. For those who played the game previously, you can transfer all your data into the new version.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete is now available!
The introductory price is $9.99 USD / €9.99 EUR until January 31.
We are thrilled to welcome both returning and new players to the campsite!✨
