After nearly six months, it was revealed that episodes 11 and 12 of Whisper Me a Love Song will air on December 28.
Both episodes will arrive as a block and will celebrate the culture festival arc’s conclusion.
The first 10 episodes aired during the 2024 Spring Anime Season; however, the show went on hiatus without notice of when it would return to finish. Previously in June, the anime re-aired in Japan with two recap episodes. The first episode aired on June 8 and recapped episodes 1 and 2, the second episode aired on June 15 and recapped episodes 3-6. Then June 22 saw episode 9 air and June 29 saw episode 10 air.
Whisper Me a Love Song’s story is described as follows:
Bubbly, energetic first-year high school student Himari falls head over heels for her senpai, Yori, after hearing her band perform on the first day of school. Himari tells Yori she just loves her, and, to Himari’s surprise, Yori says she loves Himari back! But when Himari realizes that she and her senpai are feeling two different kinds of love, she begins to ask herself what “love” really means.
