BMSG POSSE, the dynamic collective of solo artists of BMSG, is set to release their second collaboration, “Tokyo Night Dreaming feat. No Rome,” ahead of their upcoming omnibus album, TYOISM Vol.1. This cross-cultural collaboration brings SKY-HI and REIKO from BMSG POSSE together with No Rome to blend the unique sounds of Japanese and Filipino artists. “Tokyo Night Dreaming feat. No Rome” will be available on digital platforms on Friday, November 22, 2024.
With a beat that captures Tokyo’s neon-lit streets and striking lyrics that wash away universal feelings of “loneliness” and “anxiety,” this emotional song combines urban flair with a nostalgic feel. The accompanying music video, a humorous and entirely 3D CG-animated piece, brings the song’s vibrant world to life.
No Rome, a Manila-born artist who signed with the UK label Dirty Hit after impressing The 1975’s Matty Healy, has been captivating listeners worldwide with his unique sound. This track marks his first collaboration with Japanese artists, bringing a new cross-cultural energy to his music.
