Yes, even Batman has an anime and Warner Bros. Japan announced that the Batman Ninja vs Yakuza League movie will be receiving a sequel and it is currently in production!
Kamikaze Douga will be producing the sequel to the 2018 anime film while Warner will produce the animation. The films original directors, Jumpei Mizusaki and Shinji Takagi, will return to direct the sequel. Koichi Yamadera, who voiced Batman in the first film will reprise his role, too.
While details are scarce, the plot will continue through the feudal Japan/Warring States period with the iconic supervillains from the DC comic series serving as feudal lords.
