The rumors and leaks of mechs heading to Helldivers 2 have been confirmed, as Arrowhead Studios has revealed the Exo-45 Patriot Exosuit mech on its Twitter / X account.
The fictional company called Tien Kwan Factories that exists in the Helldivers universe will be responsible for producing this mech, and now that we have a full picture of it, it looks pretty badass. Armed with a very large Gatling gun and a missile cluster, this bipedal mech looks like it can do some damage. But the question is, will we be using this against the Automatons, Terminids, or another yet-not-revealed race of Aliens that we’ll battle with?

Honestly, it looks like something out of Mech Warrior, and I’m ok with that.
The question is how long it will take for Helldivers 2 players to get access to this sexy-looking mech. I’m excited regardless and can’t wait to board this mech and dish out some liberty.
Other than this Exo-45 Patriot Exosuit Mech, there was also a leak of an APC or Armored Personal Carrier that can take players into battle. I’d imagine that would be useful on a larger planet, so maybe those are also coming, or perhaps something else.

Helldivers 2 is available on PS5 and PC (Steam) and has taken the online gaming community by storm. There hasn’t been a day that the current count of players, at least on the PC front, hasn’t been less than 200,000 concurrent players.
