A brand new combat trailer was released for the upcoming action RPG Atlas Fallen was released over the weekend, and it’s good to see the game getting some attention again.
Atlas Fallen was initially scheduled to be released Summer 2023 but was delayed without a release date in sight. But now, it looks like August 10, 2023, will be when the game will make its way to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
While the trailer looks good, it hasn’t shown off anything that we haven’t seen already, but it does reveal that the game is now playable via online co-op.
Earlier in 2023, I had a chance to play Atlas Fallen during PAX East 2023, and I was definitely impressed with what I played. The action was fluid, the world was alive, and if I wasn’t asked to leave the demo, I could have stayed on the game all day. Check out my Atlas Fallen Hands-on Impressions to find out more.
That said, don’t call this a Soulslike. That’s exactly what Focus Entertainment and Deck 13 Interactive don’t want, as this is something else and something special.
Atlas Fallen releases on August 10, 2023, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
