The two Baten Kaitos titles were unique entries in the Nintendo Gamecube era. They told the tale of humans, spirits, gods, secret nations, and more. The first game had one of the best twists of its generations, with its main character’s story, and the combat was very unique with how it did a card battle system. Then, with its sequel, we got to see the origins of how everything came to be, and it was another well-told story with fun characters and battles. Fans have been hoping for a remake or a remaster, and we found out earlier this year that this would happen.
But now, we know that the Baten Kaitos 1 & 2 HD Remaster will arrive on September 14th! You can see how the game looks so far via the trailer below, and hear some of the new features that the remaster will add!
