Evil West, the upcoming action-adventure game that will have you battling against Vampire and Werewolves, will be released in just under two weeks.
Of course, those looking to pick up the game for the PC have been wondering what sort of PC specs they would need to play the game. Well, wonder no more as Flying Wild Hog has revealed the PC requirements, and they’re tamer than some of the games I’ve seen released this year.
Minimum PC Requirements
30 FPS, 1080p at minimum settings
OS: Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
CPU: Intel i5-2500k / AMD FX-6300 X6
Memory: 8 GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 750 Ti / Radeon RX 460
Recommended PC Requirements
60 FPS, 1080p at epic settings
OS: Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
CPU: Intel i5-10505 / AMD Ryzen 6 1600
Memory: 16 GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1060 / Radeon RX 590
As I previously said, these are some tame requirements. I can’t recall the last game that even mentioned a GeForce 750 Ti or a Radeon RX 460. Of course, these settings are for either 30 FPS or 60 FPS at 1080p, with no mention of either 1440p or 4K. Which will require much more powerful hardware, but judging from what has been revealed, probably not that much powerful.
Either way, Flying Wild Hog has developed Evil West to be playable on lower-end machines, which is great for everyone.
While you wait for the game to be released, check out our “Everything we know about Evil West” so you know what you’re getting into. Damn, I’m really excited, and we’re just over a month away from the game being dropped into our hands. If you’re curious on how the multiplayer co-op will work in the game, check out this article, which explains just how it will work.
Evil West smashes its way onto the PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and Xbox One on November 22, 2022, and I’m looking forward to getting lost in it.
