HyperX will be celebrating its 20th birthday at PAX Aus 2022 and is going to make sure a lot of PAX attendees are walking away with the best of what HyperX has to offer.
At what will be HyperX’s first physical event in APAC since 2020, the gaming peripherals team at HP Inc. and brand leader in gaming and esports, is celebrating its 20th birthday at PAX Aus 2022 and making sure there is an opportunity for everyone at PAX to walk away with a prize.
Amongst the prizes on offer are the Cloud Alpha Wireless gaming headset, Pulsefire Haste Wireless gaming mouse, Alloy Origins mechanical keyboard and some amazing and quirky looking limited-edition trophies.
The HyperX lucky draw is back again this year with nearly every activity on stand resulting in a lucky draw ticket. Winners will be announced at 5pm each day but beware, attendees need to be back at the stand to claim their prizes or another winner will be chosen.
Other ways to win and fun to be had on the stand include:

- Speedrun competition and leaderboard designed by Lachlan and PWR,
- Stage activities including Just Dance 2022, Valorant competitions and the CouchWarriors Champions Challenge presented by HyperX
The simplest way to be in with a chance to win is to Tweet and Celebrate by posting a photo of yourself at the HyperX booth on Twitter, tagging #HyperXatPAX, #PAXAUS and @HyperXANZ. 400 Ducky keycaps and 50 20th anniversary keycaps a day are there for the taking for anyone who shows they’ve entered.
The HyperX family of content creators will also be at the stand over the weekend, including:

- A Q&A session with Lachlan, followed by a play session with the PAX Aus audience
- Saturday, 10:30am – Berticuss and Crayator
- Apex Legends with the PAX Aus audience

- Party games with the PAX Aus audience
Attendees can experience HyperX’s latest gear for the first time, including the HyperX Armada 25 and 27 gaming monitor, HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 headset and HyperX ProCast microphone, all launching in Australia on October 6. HyperX will also have a point of sale on its booth with exclusive PAX Aus discounts of up to 44% off select products to take advantage of during the weekend. There will also be flash sales of 50% off limited stock of select products from 2pm daily.
HyperX will also be supporting Game on Cancer® and AusSpeedruns with gear to run their activity over the weekend to help raise much needed funds for vital cancer research. The Game on Cancer booth will be just outside Door 8, in between the Expo Hall and Convention Centre, and AusSpeedruns will be in the Convention Centre foyer. Both will be giving away HyperX products over the weekend.
